At Bellafique & Co., every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to high order volumes.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

     

2. Shipping Timeframes
 

Estimated delivery timelines (excluding processing time):

  • Domestic Shipping: 4–10 business days

  • International Shipping (if applicable): 10–21 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Charges
 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

     

4. Order Tracking
 

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or your registered contact method.

  • Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier partners and may take time to reflect.

     

5. Delivery Responsibility
 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Bellafique & Co. is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or refused shipments.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

     

6. Delays & Force Majeure
 

Bellafique & Co. shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs or regulatory delays

  • Public holidays or strikes

     

7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages
 

  • All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

    • Order number and delivery details

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

 

8. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
 

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer, Bellafique & Co. is not liable. We may assist in raising a courier inquiry, but resolution is subject to courier partner policies.

 

9. Final Sale Reminder
 

All products shipped by Bellafique & Co. are FINAL SALE.
Shipping delays or transit issues do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or returns.

 

10. Policy Updates
 

Bellafique & Co. reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
